  • AAARRRRGGGHHH!!!!!

    So close, but no cigar!

I have to admit that the Giants played better than we did tonight.

Too bad for the Packers, though!

  • WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA:cry:

  • Hard fought game....  But, really, I wasn't looking forward to two more weeks of Packer mania!  I have lived here nearly 13 years and I still cannot get over how they are in the news everyday of the year.  I would have rather had them win tonight, have no idea who to cheer for in the Super Bowl, really don't care for either team.

    Keep warm!

  • Hey sweet thang! I know, I know! I've been away much too long! I have missed stopping by this special place. Hope my visit finds you and "Hairy" happy and most of all, healthy!

It was really cold here today...almost wore my Uggs to church! I did, however, jump right into them just as soon as I got home.

Wishing you and your man a special week. Stay warm and close to HIM!

    Hugs and blessings ~ Sher:heartbeat:

  • Aww..

  • I was shocked when I checked the score this morning, I feel for Farve and the Packer fans

  • I rooted for both sides in both games.  I actually watched them.  I like to look at the good-looking quarterbacks.  That Eli Manning looks like a little boy to me.  Quite charming.:sunny::yes::wink::wink:

I couldn't believe how often commercials were being played....

I am sorry for your loss because you are my friend so I will sympathize with you.

  • :( :( :(   I know someone who won't be wearing his Packers shirt today    Marie

  • Hey, I tried as hard as I could!!! lol

  • I even watched the first half...not bad for a Bears Fan. It would have been nice for Favre to go to the Super Bowl one last time. You have my condolences.

  • Yup, I was pretty disappointed that the Packers didn't pull it off, but you're right, the Giants did play a good game.  We'll get 'em next year!!!

    :sunny:

  • Greetings to you Xanga friend.  I don't watch football, so I don't even know who played.

Texas is cold and rainy today...well in the low 50's.  I'm sure you're laughing at me right now?!

Entered the New Year with hopes and dreams...because I'm a total optimist!  One and Only started his Sophomore year...I suppose his GPA could be higher...but that will come when he's finishes sowing his wild oats (don't ask).

The world of a social worker remains the same....never lets up...the holidays were the worst...but I was able to read at least 5 novels in the 18 days I was off.

How are you and your crew doing?  Update me!

    Take it slow.

  • Sorry your team lost.  Atleast I knew who was playing this time.  ha!

  • It was a great game to watch. I kinda wanted the Packers to win. Oh, the blur of a photo was taken through a car window. cheers

  • I'm not a sports fan... but I'm sorry your team lost. :(

  • I really wanted the Packers to win seeings the Giants beat the Cowboys.  But whatever...who will even remember who won next year?  Your kids are really on a great adventure.  Where's Waldo?:p

  • RYC:  Ha ha, I thought it looked like a nose, too; so I had to use it, even if it was a little overkill!

I think frames are SOOOO overpriced, especially since a lot of the new ones are just plastic now!  I never like the ones at the "allowed" pricing ($100.00), so I always have to pay extra right there!  But of course if they are all expensive, what are you gonna do?  I still think these frames could be aligned better; I feel that they really put no effort on adjustments at all, becasue of the insurance hassles.  I guess the main office got involved and called them, but nothing was done.  In fact, for some reason the last word was that the office said his insurance didn't even pay anything for bifocals, and we had the page from his insurance book right in front of us.  Nobody seems to know what the actual coverage was, and of course the fact that it changed completely this year with a new provider doesn't help.  I would just drop it at this point, but now Husby's feeling stubborn about it!

  • I didn' t know you were a sportwoman , Nancy ! But you know the main is not to win in sport but to play !
About Julian I checked regularly Carepages  and left some words . I confess I have the heart broken . What a sadness !

Thank you for your kind comment .

    Love
    Michel

  • I was really sad for Green Bay...they have always been one of my favorites
